These Terms of Service govern your use of emptylogic and its services. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We provide resources, coaching guidance, and information related to active ageing, retirement transitions, and community engagement for seniors in the Czech Republic.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our platform following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

User Obligations

Users agree to use our platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not engage in any conduct that could harm our services, other users, or the integrity of our community networks in Pardubice, Zlín, and across the Czech Republic. This includes prohibited activities such as spreading misinformation about health or wellness, harassment of other community members, or attempting to access unauthorized areas of our platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under their accounts. We expect all participants in our seniorské kluby workshops and coaching programs to treat fellow members with respect and dignity.

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, images, videos, coaching materials, and program resources, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your participation in our active ageing programs. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without our express written permission. Content provided by our coaches, community coordinators, and workshop facilitators remains the property of respective creators. Your contributions to community discussions or shared experiences may be used to improve our services, but we respect your privacy and will not share personal information without consent.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our coaching resources, ageing programs, and community services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality of information, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of our content. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or reliance on our coaching materials. Participants in our workshops and programs should consult with healthcare professionals before making significant lifestyle changes. We do not provide medical advice, and our active ageing guidance is intended to complement, not replace, professional medical consultation. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Czech law.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability. Grounds for termination include violation of these Terms of Service, engaging in prohibited conduct, or misuse of our community resources. Upon termination, your right to access our coaching materials, workshops, and seniorské kluby resources ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any obligations incurred before termination. We may also discontinue our services entirely at our discretion. In the event of service discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice to allow you to retrieve your information. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations you incurred prior to termination.
